My practice is grounded in the belief that the body is a site of reclamation. Through somatic awareness, intentional touch, and nervous system regulation, we move beyond the binary of mind and body into a state of wholeness.
Professional Cuddling
A strictly platonic, therapeutic modality designed to alleviate “skin hunger” (touch starvation). In a digital world, our bodies often go unheld. This is a space to rest in the safety of non-sexual, nurturing embrace.
Ideal for those experiencing loneliness, touch deprivation, or those who want to experience physical closeness without the pressure of sexual performance or expectation.
We begin with a consent agreement. Sessions may include spooning, holding hands, head scratching, or simply sitting side-by-side. The nervous system typically down-regulates (relaxes) within the first 20 minutes.
Clothing stays on. Hands remain in safe zones (no bikini area coverage). You are empowered to ask for exactly how you want to be held, and I will verbalize my own boundaries clearly.

Somatic Coaching
“Soma” means body. This coaching moves beyond “talk therapy” to address how your nervous system holds patterns of anxiety, trauma, or numbness. We build “Nervous System Literacy”—the ability to read your own body’s signals.
Men who feel “stuck in their heads” during intimacy, those who struggle with performance anxiety, or anyone wanting to feel more “at home” in their own skin.
We track sensations in real-time. I may ask, “What happens in your chest when you say that?” We use breathwork, movement, and grounding exercises to shift from “fight/flight” to safety.
This can be done fully clothed and without touch, or integrated with touch work. All interventions are invitational—I never force a state change.
Gender-Affirming Support
A celebration of trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive bodies. This is a space where your identity is not just respected, but adored. We re-map the body’s erotic potential, often reclaiming pleasure after surgery or transition.
Trans men navigating new testosterone-driven desires, trans women exploring feminine embodiment, and anyone feeling dysphoria who wants to find euphoria.
We use vocabulary that aligns with your identity. We explore touch that affirms your gender. This is about “The Somatic Reclamation”—owning your pleasure in the body you have today.
We move at the speed of trust. If certain areas of the body are off-limits due to dysphoria, they are strictly respected.
ASMR & Sensory Touch
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) creates “tingles” that calm the brain. I use feather-light touch, tracing, and soft whispers to induce a trance-like state of relaxation.
High-stress individuals, those with insomnia, or anyone who finds deep tissue massage too intense and prefers a lighter, energetic connection.
Imagine the feeling of someone playing with your hair or tracing your arm with a feather. It is deeply soothing and hypnotic, allowing the analytical mind to finally turn off.
